Orders
Our products are designed in NYC and are then manufactured & shipped by our partner when you place your order. We like this business model because it helps to reduce waste and allows us to run a lean business; however, this means that the time it takes for you to receive your order might be longer than you're used to. It also means that we are not able to accept order cancellations.
Upon submitting your order you'll receive a tracking link when your order ships out.
Shipping
It usually takes 4 to 7 days to produce items after which they will be shipped out. Shipping time is generally 4 to 7 business days. Please refer to the delivery timeframe provided on each product page for an idea of when to expect your order.
Upon placing an order, you will get an email with a tracking link and can also use the Shop app to track your order.
We currently only ship to the US.
Returns & Exchanges
All swimwear is final sale unless it's damaged or defective; however, if you have an issue with your order please do contact us.
Note, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
If you need to return a damaged or defective item, please contact us with the following:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email the order was made with
- Clear pictures if the return is due to damaged/defective/incorrect products
We process refunds within 3-5 business days but it can take up to 4 weeks for your refund to post to your payment method depending on your institution.
